Our call forwarding feature helps you reduce missed calls by passing inbound calls to team members who are available to talk.

1. INBOUND CALL IS RECEIVED

Once a customer calls your virtual number it triggers our call forwarding system.

2. AVAILABILITY CHECK

160 checks to see whether the primary phone number is busy or available for calls.

3. CALL PASSED TO NEXT AGENT

If that number is available, the call is instantly forwarded through to up to 5 numbers in the order specified, simultaneously or randomly.

Call All means that when a customer call comes through everyone is notified at once. This is great for teams that work remotely, they will all see inbound calls coming through simultaneously. This allows whoever is free to pick up the call.

Call Flow means that inbound calls will be redirected sequentially through certain phone numbers in a specific order. For example, you may want important calls to move through the management team one by one and have the final phone number directed to the receptionist to take a message just in case all managers are unreachable.

Alternatively, this service can be configured as a find-me/ follow-me service for individuals so that the individual’s phone at various locations (for example, office phone, home phone or mobile phone) will ring when a call is received on the primary number.”

Can you call forward to international phone lines?

Currently, we are only allowing call forwarding with Australian landlines and mobiles.

Are there any special setup fees?

No, you only need to pay the monthly fee for using the call forwarding service.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. You can cancel your subscription to our call forwarding service anytime. If you started your subscription on the 1st of January and decided to cancel on the 10th of January you will still get full use up until January 31.

Can I use my own phone number?

No. Currently, call forwarding only works with our virtual mobile numbers. If you already have a virtual number then you can add call forwarding for $15 per month, alternatively, you can purchase the Virtual Mobile Number + Call Forwarding bundle for only $35 per month.
